Temperature control category:

Perishable food or beverages, fresh fruits and vegetables (including meat products)

Of transactional nature:

Cash, legal tender, including but not limited to banknotes, banknotes, coins
Stamps, cash vouchers, tokens, tickets of any kind, and credit, debit or cash cards
Gold bars or bars of any precious metal

Metal and jewelry/artwork:

Metals, including but not limited to gold, silver and platinum in the form of bars, coins or ingots
Loose precious and semi-precious stones (whether cut or uncut, polished or unpolished)
fine jewelry
antique or artwork

Animal products:

remains, ashes
Fur, live animals or animal products
Ivory and its products
Animal hunting trophies include ivory and shark fins, but are not limited to the items listed above or prohibited sporting goods products stipulated by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and local regulations.

Illegal, obscene and indecent items:

Illegal goods, including but not limited to counterfeit goods and narcotics
Pornographic materials, including but not limited to adult toys and pornographic publications

Dangerous goods:

All medications, including but not limited to eye drops, analgesic plasters, and anti-inflammatory creams
Packages that are damp or have an unusual odor
All lithium-ion batteries and lithium metal batteries (in compliance with IATA UN3481 Article 966 Section II or Article 967 Section II are not included here, please contact Evergo customer service for details)
Dangerous or flammable items, including but not limited to perfume, alcohol, aromatherapy, nail polish, paint, gasoline, engine oil, camphor oil, turpentine, tena water, glue and other flammable and flammable liquids under certain conditions
Gases, compressed gases, pressure tanks, including but not limited to compressed gases, dry ice, fire extinguishers, gas cylinders, inflatable spheres, life preservers, explosive car airbags, aerosols, gas lighters, gas cylinders, light bulbs
Arms, arms-related components and ammunition, explosives and explosive equipment
Controlled knives and crossbows or various controlled knives and crossbows (except tableware)
Radioactive or infectious material

***Evergo’s list of prohibited items is for reference only. Due to different customs and express delivery company regulations in various countries around the world, if you have any questions about the items to be sent, please be sure to check with Evergo customer service before sending.

If Evergo, the courier company or customs discovers that the customer’s mail contains any prohibited items, the customer will need to pay an additional processing fee of minimum HKD 1,000 in addition to shipping and other related charges. The payment of such fees will not in any way limit or exclude any relevant legal liability that the customer needs to bear due to violation of international transportation regulations and rules, nor does it mean that Evergo accepts any liability related to such prohibited goods. Evergo, Express The company and customs also reserve all rights to pursue the relevant sender and/or recipient.

When collecting the above information, all information on this page is subject to Evergo’s knowledge. As the information is constantly updated and changing, it is recommended to contact the local customs before posting to avoid unnecessary delays or returns. Evergo is not responsible for any information on the page related to third parties.

    Please contact Evergo customer service and provide the following information. Evergo customer service will inquire about the situation from the courier:

  • Shipment tracking number
  • Email address
  • Complete information for each type of shipment (full product name, quantity, value, reason for shipment)

  • Customers need to make changes before receiving the package. Once the address and customs declaration information are submitted, changes cannot be made and customers need to make a new appointment.
  • If the courier company has not come to collect the goods, please contact CXC customer service for free cancellation. The money will be refunded to the user’s default payment method in 5 to 10 working days.
  • You can make a new appointment with the correct address and customs declaration information, and prepare new waybill information for delivery.
