If Evergo, the courier company or customs discovers that the customer’s mail contains any prohibited items, the customer will need to pay an additional processing fee of minimum HKD 1,000 in addition to shipping and other related charges. • Complete information for each type of shipment (full product name, quantity, value, reason for shipment)
